One design set, kept together: all its files, sizes and formats, plus its name, tags and picture.
Example: Christmas Gnome Towels = 24 files in 4 hoop sizes.
Sorting: usually 1–2 days. We email you when the plan is ready.
Uploading after payment: usually 1–3 days.
Files are encrypted while they travel and while stored. Only the setup team can open them. We delete our copy 30 days after your library is done.
Embroidery files (PES, DST, JEF, EXP, VP3, HUS and more), SVG and cut files, fonts, PDFs and pictures. Zip files are fine.
Files we can't use are listed on your plan. They are never deleted.
The price depends on how many files you send. You see your exact price before you pay, and nothing is charged until you approve your plan.
